Building Engineer

Costs: $12.50/15 minutes + materials
The Building Engineer can provide assorted in unit repairs and minor maintenance for owners. Typical items may include but are not limited to the following: installation of light fixtures, ceiling fans, towel bars, light switches, hanging of mirrors and shelving, repairs and rodding of toilets, repair and replacement of garbage disposals, replacement of batteries in smoke detectors, changing unit locks, realigning and tightening deadbolts on unit doors, installing sliding glass door security bars, and other projects.
All in unit repairs are scheduled through the management office and are done 'on the clock.' repairs are billed baxck to units via assessments.
Owner approval is required for repairs requested by a tenant or renter.
Repairs are subject to availablity of the building engineer, the engineers determination on the repair. Please note that the building engineers first priority is to address building issues, and as such in unit repairs may need to be rescheduled as building issues arise.
