Leasing

• Unit Owners are permitted to lease their units with a minimum term of 6 months (short-term leasing including Airbnb is strictly prohibited).

 

Pets

• We are a pet-friendly building with certain restrictions including a 40-lb weight limit per dog and maximum of two (2) pets per unit

 

Internet and TV

• High-speed internet (960 mbps+) and DirecTV service is provided to all units

 

Financial Standing

• The Association is in excellent financial standing with healthy reserves and a closely-managed budget

• 15-year track record of minimal increases to assessments

Moving

• Moves are permitted Monday-Saturday and scheduled five (5) days in advance with the Management Office

 

Smoking

• Smoking is not permitted in any of the building’s common areas
